Pineapple Cake Recipe
2 cups Sugar
2 cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
2 Eggs
1 can Pineapple
Mix dry ingredients together. Beat the two eggs and add to dry mixture. Add can of pineapple, mix for 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 13x9 cake pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 °.
Cream Cheese Icing
1 box Cream Cheese
1 stick Butter
1 box Powdered Sugar
Melt butter and cream cheese together. Mix powered sugar in slowly, add milk if mixture is thick. Pour on cooled pineapple cake.
